Desiree French
Director, Outsource and Implementations
Desiree French, Senior Consultant and Engagement Manager for TCG Consulting, implements global travel solutions and leads strategic development of comprehensive global travel programs. She is responsible for managing client relationships and global travel programs, developing new programs and increasing travel policy compliance. Desiree has more than 25 years of industry experience.
Desiree previously served as director of sales for global distribution systems company, Sabre, and vice president of sales for WorldTravel BTI. She has helped clients with travel program assessments, agency sourcing initiatives, travel policy development, travel policy implementations, vendor compliance and centralized global travel program implementations.
In addition to industry involvement with organizations such as Michigan Business Travel, the Association of Corporate Travel Executives, and the National Business Travel Association, Desiree has been a Certified Travel Counselor for more than 20 years. Desiree specializes in outsource travel management, agency sourcing, GDS and online booking tools, travel policy and development of hotel and car programs.
