Leslie Block, Senior Consultant for TCG Consulting, leads the strategic development of comprehensive global travel programs and provides expertise in corporate hotel program sourcing and management. With more than 23 years of industry experience, Leslie has led and implemented projects such as online tool selection, car service selection and global hotel program construction.
Leslie has led clients through successful consolidation and management of their corporate travel programs. She has leadership positions with top travel management firms and has worked with global organizations such as; Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. Throughout her work career, Leslie has helped manage travel programs in 16 countries on six continents. Leslie helps clients maximize productivity and profitability potential while minimizing operational expense among current service providers.
Leslie specializes in preparing individualized business plans for organizations, focusing on operational efficiencies, technology usage and supplier reporting. In addition, she has successfully rolled out disaster recovery plans, travel policies and service-level agreements.
Leslie was named general manager of the year in 2001 for her successful work on a multimillion-dollar global account. She is also an active member of the Los Angeles Business Travel Association.
