Engagement Managers
Each unique client engagement is assigned an Engagement Manager ensuring that all promised project deliverables have been realized on time and on budget. The assignment of this strategic position ensures that every available TCG resource is brought to the table to achieve total project success.
TCG Engagement Managers have directed over 230 client projects since our inception in 1994. Engagement Managers are the most senior members of the TCG team, bringing over twenty years of relevant industry and project management experience.
Engagement Methodology
Managing project costs and accurately estimating the scope of work is a priority for TCG. We strive to thoroughly understand the unique requirements of each engagement and add value and a substantial return on investment (ROI) through our hands-on industry experience and expertise. Our ability to quickly understand your organization, culture, history, program and project objectives is a clear marketplace differentiator for TCG.
We have developed proprietary analysis models and evaluation tools, which assist in understanding complex programs, supplier pricing structures and detailed proposals. Our models often become industry accepted best practices and are often copied – the sincerest form of flattery. These tools provide efficiencies in our work agenda, which TCG implements for each project, allowing us to offer competitively priced projects with a high degree of satisfaction.
Senior Consultants
TCG's employs strategy and decision processing through thorough analyses of all available alternatives, gained through our more than 230 successfully completed client engagements. Couple this “hands-on” experience with the more than twenty years of relevant experience of each of our Engagement Managers and Senior Consultants, enabling us to successfully meet the objectives of each client engagement.
Consultants
In addition to the Engagement Managers and Senior Consultants that lead client engagements, TCG employs a group of Consultants that support these efforts. TCG's Consultants are subject matter experts in a variety of specific fields (agency operations, hotel programs, airline programs, etc). Working with the Engagement Managers and Senior Consultants these individuals perform a wide range of supporting activities and analyses.
