Kim Maschoff, Director of TCG's Hotel Practice, provides strategic hotel sourcing, performance and contract management for TCG's global clients. Such clients include: Halliburton, Hitachi, Wrigley, BlackRock, Tyco International, Tyco Electronics, Covidien, KBR, Marathon Oil, Fortress Investment Group, Kelly Services and ARAMARK, among others.  Kim leads a team of consultants and analysts who provide clients with tailored hotel programs to best meet individual program needs. Kim has more than 20 years of hotel experience.

Kim previously held positions as a hotel general manager, the director of global hotel programs for an international travel management company and the global hotel practice lead for a large travel consulting firm.  She participated on a team established by the Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association (HEDNA) to establish the electronic request for proposal (RFP) process and to identify and set industry practices. Kim's experience uniquely positions her to provide clients with a superior level of expertise in strategic planning and execution. She is a skilled project manager and change management ambassador for her clients. Kim is instrumental in the design, development and implementation of successful global travel programs.

Kim received her master's degree in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University, Lisle, IL, and her hotel management degree from the University of Surry, United Kingdom.  She has served as president of her chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and has been recognized by the American Society for Training and Development.  Kim's association involvement includes membership with organizations such as; the Association of Corporate Travel Executives, the National Business Travel Association, and the Chicago Business Travel Association.
