Managing Director
Albert Taras, Managing Director and Principal at TCG Consulting, specializes in corporate travel strategy; global travel services and assessment; travel-payment and expense integration; agency, airline and car rental sourcing; and policy communication. Albert is responsible for TCG corporate management and direction, as well as managing key client partnerships and engagements. Albert has 24 years of dedication to the travel industry and has been an integral part of TCG Consulting from its inception in 1994.
Albert brings his experience from previous work as a vice president of business development and a marketing manager. Throughout his career, Albert has successfully directed agencies, developed training programs, established global strategies, led new markets entries and streamlined business operations.
In addition to vast industry knowledge gained through personal work experience, Albert is involved with industry groups such as: the Association of Corporate Travel Executives, the National Business Travel Association and the North Carolina Business Travel Association. Albert's team was recognized by Milliken & Company as the Global Supplier of the Year in 2002
Albert has traveled to more than 90 countries spanning six continents, and has a universal understanding of global markets, cultures and protocols required to lead a successful global strategy program.
